The apartment "Tramonto alla Padulella" is located in Portoferraio, about 300 meters from the beautiful Padulella beach, on the north coast of the island. This is one of the white Portoferraio beaches, loved both by the locals and the tourists for its renowned white and polished pebbles and its fine sand. Located east of the Punta di Capo Bianco, is separated from the Le Ghiaie Beach by the small Cala dei Frati cliff. The beach is surrounded by high white cliffs that plunge into the blue and clear sea: here you can enjoy a wonderful seabed with incredible colors. Since it faces north, when the southern winds blow, the white seabed creates a unique contract with the turquoise water. You can walk to the beach from your apartment through a path while enjoying an incredible view of coast and the Medici Walls. Apartment 2/3 pax: this very nice apartment available to our guests, about 50 square meters, on the ground floor with private entrance, is located in a small building. It consists of a comfortable living room with kitchenette (complete with four gas burners, electric oven, refrigerator with small freezer and dishwasher), TV and sofa bed for 1 person; a room with a double bed overlooking the courtyard outside, a bathroom with shower and washing machine. Outside, a comfortable space equipped with table and chairs, small sink and awning. The apartment is in excellent condition, new, with modern and functional furniture, with air conditioning and heating. The private uncovered parking space is inside the property. Distance from the beautiful beach of Padulella about 300 meters and from the beach of Ghiaie about 300 meters. The center of Portoferraio and the port are about 800 meters away. Arrivals: check -in from 16.00 to 19.00. Departures: check -out within 9.00 am. Utilities: electricity, water, gas, air condition included. Final cleanings: € 100,00 (mandatory – to pay in office at arrival). Bed linen and towels: to bring or to rent at € 20.00 per person per week (to pay and pick up in office at arrival). Pets: not allowed. Deposit: € 150.00 (to deposit at arrival). Check-in supplement: in case of arrival after 20:00 supplement of € 20.00 (to pay in office at arrival).
