The accommodation is located in a picturesque area of Ragusa Ibla, surrounded by tiny streets and small houses, only 300 from Piazza Duomo and from the suggestive St. George Cathedral. It is in Via Salita Distretto, an ancient street rich in baroque churches, noble palaces and panoramic sights, which goes through the heart of Ibla. Close to the main monuments of the city, it is only 25 km from the sandy beaches of Marina di Ragusa and 27 km from the golf courses of Donnafugata Golf Resort & Spa.
The recently restored apartment (2015) is on the first floor and offers refined interiors, enriched by stone walls and ancient pitch-stone floors.
It enjoys a furnished terrace (20 sqm) with a wonderful panoramic view on Ragusa Ibla, a unique sight of the old city that joins the modern Ragusa (Ragusa superiore).
It consists of a kitchen-lounge, a bedroom and a bathroom.
The kitchen, with dining table, is complete with fridge, freezer and electric oven.
The spacious double bedroom, furnished with antique furniture, is equipped with TV. It overlooks the terrace and enjoys a breathtaking panoramic view.

Ragusa Ibla, historical centre of Ragusa, is a nice district located n a hill, characterized by picturesque humble cottages and narrow streets dominated by the majestic San Giorgio’s Cathedral.
Pearl of “Val di Noto”, Ibla was declared World Heritage by Unesco in 2002, as well as Modica and Scicli, for the great value of its monuments and architecture.
With its charming churches and its fascinating aristocratic buildings it represents one of the higher evidences of Sicilian Late Baroque style.
Its location allows to easily reach all the tourist places in the province of Ragusa, a territory where sea, sun, culture and a rich gastronomic tradition merge together.
