Description
The holiday apartment is on the third floor of an elegant, six-storey residential house, with a glass lift. It is located in the centre of Rapallo, on the main street connecting the inland area to the sea, just a few steps from the sea.
The living room opens onto a south-facing balcony, while a long east-facing balcony connects the bedroom, which faces the interior courtyard and is very quiet, and the kitchen.
The apartment measures around 70m² and has windows on three sides, so that it is very light during the day and well-ventilated on hot summer days. The entrance door leads into a long corridor, providing access to the various rooms. There is a bathroom with a window and a shower cabin, a bedroom with two joined single beds, bedside tables, a dresser and a wardrobe, a kitchen with a fridge-freezer, gas stove, electric oven and crockery and cutlery for five people, and a living room with an elegant solid wood dining table, a sofa bed for two people, an extendable armchair for one person and a television.
In the immediate vicinity of the residential house there are a number of shops, grocery shops and snack bars, which offer local take-away dishes (such as the famous focaccia Ligure or the Recco cheese focaccia). There are two small supermarkets just 100m away. Opposite the house there is a stop for minibuses going to Santa Margherita, Portofino and the Montallegro pilgrimage church. The beaches are about a ten-minute walk away. Busses can take you to the neighbouring localities of Rapallo or Portofino. The motorway exit is about 1.2km away, the beach promenade just 700m.
