The 50 m2 house is located on the first floor and is spread over one floor, accessed by an external staircase. Internally it consists of a living room with equipped kitchen, hallway with French bed, large master double bedroom, bathroom with shower cubicle. The location of the house is ideal for mountain bike and hiking enthusiasts, being 2 steps from Volterraio and its famous paths. The strong point of the house is its large covered and uncovered courtyard, with a view of the valley and the sea in the background.
