It is a scenic town overlooking the Gulf, rich in hiking trails and ideal for those who love tranquility. With a walking itinerary you can reach Monti Strega, Capannello or with a longer route the fascinating Volterraio Castle. The places you can visit here will allow you a full immersion in nature, in the silence of the Tuscan Archipelago National Park, observing the sea or the mines. The Festival of Walking takes place here, in spring or autumn; for those who love Mountain Bike or E-bike, strong emotions are assured! It was the first town to be inhabited on the island and you can breathe in its thousand-year history. Nearby are some of the most striking beaches on the island, such as Nisporto or Nisportino, Ortano, Cala Seregola, Topinetti, Cavo and Porticciolo.

The apartment is spread over a single floor, the first, of a recently renovated independent villa.
It does not have a private parking space but on the road in front of the house there are some spaces that are free even if public, furthermore there is a larger public car park 50 meters away. Internally it consists of a large living room with fireplace and double sofa bed, well-equipped kitchen, double bedroom with large panoramic windows, bedroom with double sofa bed. A third double room with two single beds. Two bathrooms with shower.
