The apartment Azzurro is a nice studio apartment located in a residence in Bagnaia, a little village overlooking Portoferraio bay, on the north side of the island. From the beach of Bagnaia you can enjoy a picturesque panorama of Portoferraio, of the lighthouse on the small Scoglietto Island and beautiful sunsets. Bagnaia beach is made of small pebbles smoothed by the sea and fine sand; it is ideal for those who prefer to spend a peaceful and relaxing vacation. Thanks to its central location, you can reach the nearby towns of Porto Azzurro, Capoliveri and Portoferraio in just a few minutes by car. The beach is equipped sunbeds, umbrellas, pedal boats and motor boats rentals; sailing school, diving center; playground for children; downtown Bagnaia you can enjoy local specialties at numerous restaurants and pizza places; minimarket, newsstand; pharmacy; there is also an outdoor market every Sunday morning during the summer months. The apartment Azzurro is a nice studio apartment of about 35 sqm. that can accommodate up to 2 adults + 1 child. It consists of an independent entrance where there is the kitchenette (equipped with gas burners, a refrigerator and oven), a sofa bed and a single bed; a bathroom with shower and washing machine. Outside, a terrace overlooking the valley and the sea in distance, equipped with table and chairs. Modern and functional furniture, with TV and air conditioning. Free access to the swimming pool of the reseidence. The apartment has not a private parking space, you can park in the parking place of the residence, based on availability. Arrival: check-in 4-7 p.m. Departure: check-out by 9 p.m. Utilities: electricity, water, gas, etc. included. Final cleaning: € 95 (mandatory – to pay in office at arrival). Bed linen and towels: to bring or to rent at € 20.00 per person per week (to pay and pick up in office at arrival). Pets: not allowed. Deposit: € 100.00 (to deposit at arrival).
