This comfortable 2 bed-room apartment is located near the center of Rio Marina, a town that stands between the sea and the mountains, a mining jewel of the island, a few steps from the main services and only 1 kilometer from the beach. Rio Marina's mining past has once again become an important attraction for island tourism, so much so that the stretch of coast that goes from Rio Marina to Cavo has been called the "Shining Coast", in honor of that almost dreamlike shimmer of the black mining dust present on some beaches and which distinguishes their appearance. We will ask our guests to respect two simple house rules. Leave the kitchenette where you eat clean and wash dishes and dishes at check-out, carry out separate waste collection and dispose of it. Our company carries out electronic invoicing to the customer, therefore, immediately after booking, Italian customers will be asked to provide their residential address and tax code, while for foreign customers it will be sufficient to provide the residential address to complete the customer record. The data is mandatory, the non-communication of the same following the booking can lead to cancellation by us, with a penalty for the guest. 2 bed-room apartment sleeps 4 + camp bed The house is accessed from a large equipped garden with sea view and for the exclusive use of the apartment. The apartment consists of a large living room with a window overlooking the sea, equipped with a sofa and an LCD TV. On the right we find a non-habitable kitchen equipped with a 4-burner gas stove, electric oven and double-door refrigerator. On the left, a hallway leads to a double bedroom and a twin bedroom with two single beds (joinable). 5th bed in the camp bed. In the garden we find a storage room with washing machine as well as an outdoor area equipped with table and chairs and a private uncovered parking space. The house is completed by a bathroom with dressing room and shower cubicle and an external service with toilet, sink and bidet. In the garden we find a shed with washing machine. The outdoor space is equipped with table and chairs, sink and outdoor shower. A reserved uncovered parking space is available, adjacent to the house. Important Notes: - minimum age for check-in is 21 years (aimed at groups of Young People) - no barbecue avalaible - a folding bed for children is available that can be installed in the master bedroom - check-in in our offices from 4.00pm to 7.30pm and check-out by 9.00am; for check-in after 8.00 pm a supplement of €50.00 must be paid - Animals are not allowed - deposit (mandatory): 250.00 euros; refunded at the end of the stay after having viewed the condition of the property (if paid in cash it will not be returned before 3.00 pm) - bed linen and towels: 20.00 euros per person (to be requested at the time of booking); not bookable on site
