The apartment consists of a large living room with a window overlooking the sea, equipped with a sofa and an LCD TV. On the right we find a non-habitable kitchen equipped with a 4-burner gas stove, electric oven and double-door refrigerator. On the left, a hallway leads to a double bedroom and a twin bedroom with two single beds (joinable). 5th bed in the camp bed. In the garden we find a storage room with washing machine as well as an outdoor area equipped with table and chairs and a private uncovered parking space. The house is completed by a bathroom with dressing room and shower cubicle and an external service with toilet, sink and bidet. In the garden we find a shed with washing machine. The outdoor space is equipped with table and chairs, sink and outdoor shower. A reserved uncovered parking space is available, adjacent to the house.
