“La Baia” two-room apartments are part of a residential area, about 200 meters from the beach, in Bagnaia, a small town overlooking Portoferraio bay, on the north side of the island. Bagnaia beach is made of small pebbles smoothed by the sea and fine sand; it is ideal for those who prefer to spend a peaceful and relaxing vacation. Thanks to its central location, you can reach the nearby towns of Porto Azzurro, Capoliveri and Portoferraio in just a few minutes by car. The beach is equipped sunbeds, umbrellas, pedal boats and motor boats rentals; sailing school, diving center; playground for children; downtown Bagnaia you can enjoy local specialties at numerous restaurants and pizza places; minimarket, newsstand; pharmacy; there is also an outdoor market every Sunday morning during the summer months. Apartment for 2/4 guests n. 5: two–room apartment on the first floor with entrance through an external staircase; it has a living room with a comfortable double sleeper couch; kitchenette with four burner stove and large refrigerator; bedroom; bathroom with shower; TV, washing machine and free Wi-Fi; outside, a small terrace with table and chairs. The furniture is essential and functional. The parking space inside the property is based on availability. Arrival: 4.00 -7:30 pm. Departure: by 9:00 a.m. Utilities: Wi-Fi, electricity, water, gas etc. included. Final cleaning: € 95,00 (mandatory – to pay in office at arrival).
