The house was built in 1950 and the apartment was fully refurbished in 2016, providing all the necessary modern amenities for a comfortable stay, including air conditioning (cool/warm). It has a light living and dining room with an integrated, open kitchen and a bedroom with a very modern en-suite bathroom. The living room provides a comfortable sofa, an LCD flatscreen TV, a CD player, a stereo system and a dining table with chairs. Your apartment is only about 30 metres from the San Giovanni metro station, with connections to all the major places of interest in Rome, such as Via Veneto, Piazza di Spagna, Piazza del Popolo and St. Peter’s.
