Sun-drenched seaside holiday home close to Venice. This holiday home, located inside a residence boasting a pool, is positioned just 300m from the attractive tourist town of Rosolina Mare and 700m from the beach, can be on the first or second floor (not guaranteed). The town of Rosolina Mare offers a wealth of services to tourists including shops, restaurants and more, to make your holiday as pleasant as possible. The position is ideal for visiting Venice as well as the rest of the region. A daily tourist tax of EURO 1.43/night (for a maximum of 10EURO per week per accommodation) will be applied from 1° June to 30 September. Swimming pool: There is a swimming pool available with a sun terrace with deckchairs and sunshades. The pool is 38m x 15. A part of the swimming pool is suitable for adults and a part is better suitable for childeren. The swimming pool is open approximately from 19 May until 8 September.
