Holiday apartments on an agriturismo in the Po delta, with a large site with fields and arable land

The agriturismo is in the Po delta, surrounded by fields where vegetables and grain are cultivated. It is right by the Po di Levante, just outside Rosolina.

The estate consists of a manor house from the 18th century, a country house next to it, a barn and other farm buildings that were built later. The historical country house, which was rebuilt after a flood in 1951 and renovated in 2008, offers four holiday apartments: three two-room apartments and a studio, all with their own kitchen, a bathroom with a shower, air conditioning and TV. They face the barn floor that was formerly used for drying grain. Wireless Internet access is available. The apartments have heating, so they are ideal for a holiday the whole year round. You can share use of a hall for events and parties. A computer is also available for shared use.

You can use the grill in the garden and dine outdoors. In front of the house there is a portico with a table and chairs. You can spend your days in direct contact with nature in peaceful and quiet surroundings. All around the farm there are 25 hectares of land with fields. There is plenty of space for children to play outdoors. There are of course parking spaces on site. Some bicycles can be hired on request, provided by an external bicycle rental service (price list available).

Bed linen is ready for you on arrival and is changed weekly. Some essentials are provided in the kitchen, to be replaced at the end of your stay. Fresh vegetables are available from the garden. The agriturismo takes part in an educational farms scheme, so that children can be introduced to nature and farming.

The beach at Rosolina Mare is about 10km away. The nearest grocery shop is about 1km away in the centre of Rosolina, where there are also restaurants. At the nature reserve at the river delta you can find interesting animals such as coots, black coots, herons, falcons, turtles, otters, hares and pheasans along paths in the water and through the reeds. There are several paths between the fish farms that you can walk or cycle along. Enjoy watching birds and fishing. You can go riding nearby. Within a radius of about 70km there are some art towns worth a visit.



The two-room apartment is on the ground floor and is decorated and furnished in a country style. It is also suitable for persons with restricted mobility. It has a living room-kitchen with a sofa bed for two people, a dining table and a kitchen unit with a gas stove, fridge and freezer and a kettle. The bedroom features antique furniture, including a double bed (160 x 190cm), a child’s bed and a wardrobe. The bathroom is fitted with a shower.
