Location

With its lake view setting close to the historical shoreline of Sala Comacina, guests are within enviable reach of Lido facilities of the supermarkets, and the ferry services. No stay or visit to Sala Comacina is complete without a meal at the ‘L’Isola Comacina restaurant, which is reached by boat and is located on the famous L’Isola itself. The ferry service is less than a 10-minute walk from here.

Within a 5-minute drive or a picturesque 30-minute stroll along the shore, guests can reach the famous Villa Balbianello of Lenno. From here, the Golden Triangle towns are reachable by car (20-40 minutes) and passenger ferry service making it the perfect choice to enjoy the lake as well as the benefit of a prime location, with the cities of Lugano, Como and Milan about 60 minutes away. Additionally, the Italian Alp Ski resorts of Piani di Bobbio and Madesimo can be reached in about 75 minutes from Sala Comacina.
