Boasting breathtaking views of the central lake to write home about, this striking rustic-style villa offers an exclusive holiday setting for large groups of 9.

From the Rezzonico roadside a private drive leads up to the beautiful villa, which enjoys a sunny and elevated location in which to take in the panoramic lake views. The villa is partly clad in a rustic-style stone facade and is built into the mountainside, to harmoniously blend into the surrounding natural landscape.

Inside families and friends can enjoy a sumptuous and contemporary home ideal for holiday relaxation and enjoyment. The ground floor of the villa is simply made for socialising; with a large open plan living and dining area enhanced by pictures windows and set beneath a striking beamed ceiling. A stylish L-shaped sofa offers the perfect spot to enjoy a movie to the TV, whilst those looking to enjoy some fine wining and dining have use of an elegant dining area.

Also featuring to the open plan room is a chic and fun fitted kitchen, with glossy red worktops and stunning mountain views to offer the perfect excuse for home cooking during your stay. All the must-have appliances are to hand here, from a gas hob, oven and microwave to a kettle, coffee machine, dishwasher and full size fridge. A breakfast table to the kitchen also serves as the ideal spot for enjoying relaxed morning breakfasts or an informal indoor meal.

Leading outside from the living area, guests will find a large sunny terrace perfect for summertime entertaining, with a lake view dining area overlooking the lake.

The first floor of the villa features 3 beautifully presented bedrooms each furnished with cherry wood beds, double wardrobes, and comprising 2 king size bedrooms and one single bedroom. All are furnished to a high contemporary standard, with a private balcony also featuring to each of the king size bedrooms.

The charming upper loft-style floor enjoys a romantic ski-chalet charm from its sloping beamed ceilings, and comprises 2 further bedrooms. The king size master bedroom to this floor features a beautiful solid brass bed alongside a contemporary en-suite bathroom, for guests comfort. The second bedroom to the upper floor is equally spacious and comprises a twin bedroom furnished with a set of single cherry wood beds with access to a modern en-suite bathroom.

Two further contemporary bathrooms are provided to the sleeping accommodation floors whilst a fourth bathroom to the basement laundry room offers the perfect place in which to shower after a swim.

Outside the balcony featuring to three sides of the villa is complemented by a large covered ground floor terrace to the fourth side. The sunny private garden offers a mesmerising lake view back drop for a peaceful escape away from the nearby central lake attractions. Guests can while away an afternoon with a good book and BBQ lunch in the sunshine, enjoy splashing around to the private outdoor pool or top the day off with an alfresco sunset dinner party.

The villa offers additional outside parking for 2 more cars. Nestled within the tranquil surroundings of Marena, which is located 310m above sea level in the commune of San Siro (formerly known as Santa Maria Rezzonico), guests are perfectly placed to enjoy the surrounding history and villa attractions alongside the wealth of nearby restaurants, ferry links and leisure pursuits of the central lake.

The nearby centre of Rezzonico offers a timeless idyll in which to relax, with ancient cobbled streets leading past charming townhouses to a striking lake front piazza and a relaxed public beach.

Located just a 6 minute drive from Menaggio, guests are perfectly placed for making the most of the central lake! The picturesque resort town of Menaggio offers a wide selection of restaurants to savour alongside delicatessens, grocery shops, boutique shop-lined streets and sunny vibrant piazzas, which come alive with locals enjoying a morning cappuccino or evening aperitif. The idyllic lakeside leads northwards to a fantastic family-friendly lido and southwards to a car and passenger ferry service, ideal for reaching the Tremezzina shore, Bellagio and Varenna.

Menaggio and the surrounding central lake offer a wide range of activities, from power boat rental, sailing and windsurfing to hiking, cycling, tennis and golf. Tree-top climbing at the Jungle Raider Park, extreme sports at the Bellagio outdoor sports centre and skiing in Piani di Bobbio and Madesimo all offer more great distractions for thrill-seekers and sports enthusiasts.

Guests can also easily replenish their senses at the nearby Dolce Aqua day Spa in Lenno, after a memorable day of sightseeing in the beautiful villa attractions or in the nearby cities of Como, Milan and Lugano.Please note that the pool is open from the 1st of June 2024 to the 30th of September 2024
