Large villa in the heart of San Teodoro, just a few minutes from La Cinta beach. This villa welcomes guests with a garden that surrounds it and offers three relaxation areas with canopy, one with sun loungers, one with a dining table and one with an L-shaped sofa and a coffee table. The entrance leads to the living area, which consists of a living room with an L-shaped sofa, a coffee table and a closet with TV, and the fully equipped kitchen with oven, dishwasher, microwave, kettle, espresso machine and dining table. The sleeping area consists of 5 bedrooms. The first, accessible from the kitchen, has a French bed, a wardrobe and a private bathroom with shower; the second, located on the upper floor, is accessed via a staircase from the living room and has a French bed, a wardrobe and a private bathroom with shower. The other three, each with a double bed and a closet, are accessible from the living room. A bathroom with double sink and bathtub and another with shower complete the furnishings. Among the amenities available to guests are washing machine, iron, air conditioning and heating. We also offer our guests authentic experiences to live like a local.
