This exotic holiday home is in Badesi. The property has 2 bedrooms and is perfect for 6 people. The home has a shared swimming pool for you to enjoy and get refreshed and a terrace to relax. The home is only a few steps away from the river if you would like to spend some time at the creek. The nearest restaurant is also 3 km from the stay. The sea lies 12 km from the home for you to plan a day by the bay. A large living room with a double sofa bed and satellite TV is in place for you to use. Parking is available for your hustle-free stay. Heating is available on the property for a small fee. You can cook a hearty meal with the barbecue in place that can be enjoyed on the terrace. Play equipment is also in place. A maximum of 1 pet can be accommodated for a small at the holiday home. The guests can check-in from 4-6 PM and check-out can be done from 8-10 AM.

The residence is located in a very quiet area ideal for relaxing and 10 minutes from the center of Valledoria where you'll find shops, bars, restaurants. Ideally located to visit all of northern Sardinia, the residence is located in the center of an area from which it is possible to reach all the most beautiful places in the area in maximum one hour by car: Alghero, Stintino, Castelsardo in the west , and the towns of the Costa Smeralda, Santa Teresa and Costa Paradiso to the east. Reachable in about an hour from the port and airport of Olbia, and 50 minutes from the airport of Alghero, and from the port of Porto Torres. At 800 meters from the Terme di Casteldoria known for its therapeutic inhalations and thermal baths , mud, wellness center, etc. Interesting activities: free and equipped beaches, kite surfing, windsurfing, canoeing, biking, excursions along the Coghinas river, archaeological museums and many other wonderful places to visit.
