Independent terraced house in an exclusive position, 20 metres from the sea and facing the Aurelia road. It is on two floors with independent entrance, private garden around the house and solarium with breathtaking view. Ideal for families with children and friends. The flat consists of a living room (sea view) with fireplace, bathroom and kitchen. Upstairs 2 double bedrooms and 1 bathroom. One of the two bedrooms has access (via a spiral staircase) to the solarium which allows a 360° view.The cottage is structured on two floors. On the ground floor there is a large living room with fireplace, a spacious fully equipped open kitchen and a small bathroom with sink and toilet. On the first floor there are two bedrooms, the one with sea view has access to a glass-enclosed balcony and the spiral staircase leading to the solarium, for breakfasts and dinners that will remain in your memory for a long time, among the most beautiful memories! The bathroom has a shower. The house is completed by a garden that extends on three sides of the cottage, a wooden gazebo equipped with table, chairs and deckchairs, a BBQ and a pizza oven. Santa Marinella is a holiday resort with all the necessary facilities for a pleasant stay. Bars, restaurants, clothes shops, grocery shops and supermarkets. A beach, accessible only to guests of the resort, is available 20 metres from the house. The still clear sea invites to relaxing days at the beach and to the discovery of other beaches nearby.Rome and its monuments are only 45 km away. It can be easily reached by car (on the Rome - Civitavecchia motorway) or, even more simply, by train from Santa Marinella Station to St Peter's Station, from where you can immediately reach the Vatican and visit the whole of the centre of Rome on foot.For stays longer than 30 days, a lease contract for transitional use is required.
