Holiday homes with a garden, pool and games room
The property is located in the small village of Scala, about six kilometres from the sea.
The house consists of four holiday apartments of different sizes, which are spread over three floors. Both the whole house as a holiday home (710543) and the individual holiday apartments can be rented. All the holiday apartments are equipped with heating and WLAN access.
Each holiday apartment has its own parking space and a terrace or balcony furnished with a table and chairs, from where you can look over the beautiful Amalfi coast. As regards leisure time, there is something for everyone in the shared outdoor area with a garden (300 sqm), pool and games room. You can cool off and relax at the pool (4 x 8 m length, 1.2-1.7 m depth) with its three underwater massage jets and furnished lounging area. The garden and the games room (50 sqm) with table tennis, darts and table football provide plenty of possibilities to let off some energy. There is also a laundry room. The property affords a spectacular panoramic view of Ravello and the Amalfi coast.
The property lies two kilometres from the historic centre of Ravello. There are shopping and gastronomic possibilities about 700 metres away. The good transport connections via the main streets make the holiday accommodation a strategically good starting point for trips and activities. The beach is about 6 km away and there are hiking trails directly from the house. Many tourist trip destinations can be reached a few kilometres away, such as Amalfi - Positano, Sorrento, Capri and Pompeii. A bus stop is only 50 metres from the house.
