Historic and artistic places like Lake Bolsena, the Cathedral of Orvieto and other towns with works of art can be reached in less than 30 minutes and gives art lovers plenty for sight-seeing. Restaurants can be found at 1km. Sea is 110 km away. General supplies and town center are at 1.5 km and 2 km respectively. There is a barbecue to enjoy and a TV and fireplace in the living room to relax. Parking is available in the premises. The nearest airport is 110 km away.

The area is full of testimonies of a thousand-year history with prehistoric and archaeological sites, such as the Etruscan and Roman Orvieto, the Ferento theater and many others scattered throughout the territory. In the same estate there is a site from the Bronze Age and an Etruscan one. The Duomo and the Badia di Orvieto, the evocative village of Civita di Bagnoregio, the city of Viterbo with its medieval walls and the palace of the popes, the Monster Park of Bomarzo, many other ancient Umbrian, Lazio and Tuscan villages, such as Città della Pieve, Todi, Pitigliano, Chiusi, Bolsena, are just some of the priceless jewels that you can reach in a short time through little-used provincial roads. For lovers of typical local flavors, oil and wine tastings can be organized upon request from the estate's countryside. Furthermore, upon request, you can organize lunches or dinners at home and cooking lessons in the language, both in the farmhouse and in typical places. For lovers of rafting and canoeing it is possible to reach (about 8 km) the Corbara lake where excursions are organized on the Tiber river. Thanks to the motorway, easily accessible, you can reach Rome, Perugia and Florence in just over an hour.
