This cozy holiday home is located near the small town of Floridia, which is surrounded by a blooming landscape. The house and the location allow you to have a relaxing holiday in a Mediterranean environment. The sandy beach of Fontane Bianche is only 15 minutes away by car and is an excellent starting point to explore the beauties of the island. If you would like to exercise, you can do so in your own pool or on the treadmill, which is available on the veranda. Interior: The ground floor living space of the house of around 100 square meters is comfortably furnished for six people and offers an atmospheric living room with comfortable upholstered furniture, air conditioning, an open fireplace and satellite TV. Habitable kitchen with electric oven. Two bedrooms with double beds, both with air conditioning, a small bedroom with two single beds, bathroom with shower/toilet, laundry room with washing machine and dryer represent the other rooms and comforts of the house. Wi-Fi available. Outdoor area: A beautiful, cozy and spacious veranda surrounds the house and gives you the opportunity to dine al fresco with a view of the garden. A beautifully landscaped garden with large lawns is the setting for the pool for the exclusive use of holidaymakers. Pavilion with table and chairs, additional small kitchen and bathroom/toilet in a small outbuilding make staying outdoors even more comfortable. Grill and garden furniture are available. Mobility: Not suitable for people with limited mobility On request, use of the pool is also possible before 05/01/24 and after 09/30/24 with an additional charge
