This villa is nestled into a landscaped garden of 8000m² in Sirtori, about 20-25km to the south of Lecco, in a hilly location at an altitude of 450 metres. The house with a classical and elegant décor provides an ample 700m² of living space on three floors for up to eight adults and three children. Relaxation, rest and absolute privacy are guaranteed here. The stylish interior and many exclusive services make this villa a holiday destination that leaves nothing to be desired. Another highlight is the landscaped garden in an English style, totalling 8000m². Right by the house there is a shaded garden gazebo with a marble table and chairs, as well as a 150m² sun terrace. There is play equipment in the yard for children, as well as a fountain basin that can be used as a paddling pool. Children can play freely on the enclosed and secure site. There are a pizza oven and grill outside. There are three roofed parking spaces reserved for guests by the house. The ground floor has an entrance hall with a cosy reading corner, leading to an enormous living and dining room. These are two rooms separated only by an open archway and each has its own fireplace. In the evenings you can sit together sociably in the living room, play chess, listen to music or sit at the piano. The room extends into the conservatory, which also has a seating group. From here you can look out at the park or access it directly through the glass doors. The dining room has a big wooden table for twelve people. This room is also comfortably furnished with sofas and has a fireplace. The spacious kitchen adjoins it directly. It provides everything you need for catering even for larger groups, including two big gas stoves with ovens, a fridge-freezer, coffee machine, kettle, microwave, dishwasher and of course all the necessary crockery, cutlery and cooking utensils. There is a second dining table here too for smaller groups to have breakfast. The kitchen provides direct access to the outdoors. The many services offered by the owner include cooperation with a renowned restaurant in the nearby Vignano. If you do not feel like cooking, it can provide everything from a lunch box to lunch and dinner, coffee breaks and cocktails, and even a complete catering service for events. The ground floor has a utility room, a leisure room with children’s games, table football, a badminton set, a darts board. The stairwell with its stylish wooden stairs leads to the relaxation and sleeping area, with a total of five light and spacious bedrooms, of which four double bedrooms and one three-bed room. Apart from a piano there is also a complete drum set for live music at events. Lecco province is on the eastern shore of Lake Como and is characterised by many old villages in an idyllic landscape. It takes less than an hour to get to the provincial capital and little towns such as Bellagio or Varenna with their picturesque lakeside promenades and little harbours. Owing to the regular boat services you can explore the whole lake from here. There are many worthwhile destinations for nature lovers nearby and further afield, e.g. the Parco Regionale della Grigna Settentrionale, which you can explore on walks, hikes, by mountain bike or by horse (riding school nearby). There is a big wellness centre for treatments, relaxation and fitness in Monticello Brianza four kilometres away. There is also plenty for art and culture enthusiasts. You can follow the trail of the genius Leonardo da Vinci in the region, or of the Italian national poet Alessandro Manzoni. In the nearby Milan (about 40km away) there is a wide range of Italian fashion and design, as well as world-class art and culture events.
