Description

Sospirolo is of particular interest with regard to its nature and landscape, as the lakes Lago di Vedana and Lago del Mis, as well as the national park of the Belluno Dolomites are very nearby. Access to the apartment is via external stairs or directly from the garage. The basement has a bathroom and a laundry room. On the ground floor, on two levels, you can find the living room, the dining room and the kitchen. The kitchen has an electric stove, a fridge with a freezer compartment, a dishwasher, cooking utensils, crockery, cutlery and accessories for eight people. The living room provides a big sofa with a coffee table, a TV with satellite channels, a DVD player and a radio. One of the sofas can be converted into a double bed (140 x 185cm) and an armchair into a single bed (75 x 195cm). The first floor has a master bedroom with a double bed (2 mattresses each of 80 x 190cm), a bathroom and access to the terrace. The apartment has independently regulated radiators in all rooms. The apartment is part of a building that was recently restored and is on three floors. It is tastefully decorated and provides every comfort and convenience. It is therefore ideal for families or couples who value a homely atmosphere in a relaxed environment. The rental price includes electricity, warm and cold water, gas, tea towels, table cloths, bed linen and a set of fresh hand towels per week. A parking space is available in the garage and there are other parking spaces in front of the property. The site is not fenced. Well-behaved pets who are used to being kept indoors and do not cause any damage are allowed, free of charge. A feeding bowl and drinking bowl are provided. Owing to the location amidst lush nature and a beautiful landscape on the fringes of the Belluno Dolomites national park, it is an ideal place if you are looking for peace and quiet. Cyclists can find trails and roads of varying difficulty levels. Hiking enthusiasts can enjoy a wide range of routes. The towns of Feltre and Belluno are just a few minutes away by car. Sospirolo also benefits from a central location with regard to other tourist areas in the Dolomites, such as Fiera di Primiero, Agordo, Zoldo, Cortina and the most famous Dolomite passes, as well as the cities of Venice, Treviso, Verona or Padova.You can find a grocery shop/supermarket and a bakery about two kilometres away. Next to the terrace by the bedroom there is also an interior courtyard, which is ideal for relaxing, dining outdoors or sunbathing privately. Tables, chairs and loungers are provided.
