The apartment is located in a super central and well served area of Ortigia island, full of shops, restaurants and points of interest.

It is located on the 1st floor and is very cozy, with direct access to the living area with a table and 4 chairs, sofa bed with ottoman, satellite TV and a balcony overlooking the street below.
From the living area through a corridor you reach the other rooms. The kitchen, with niche with shelf and stools for breakfast, comes with dishwasher, oven, induction hob, fridge and freezer. The kitchen through a small door leads to a small laundry room with drying racks, ironing board, iron and washing machine.
The bedroom has a double bed, chest of drawers, mirror and bedside tables. Also here you will find a balcony, also with a view of the street below.
The apartment is completed by a bathroom with shower and window.

The house is very warm and perfect for couples and families, thanks to its relaxing atmosphere.

For relax and sea lovers, Eastern Sicily and the surroundings of Siracusa are the perfect choice. Leaving the ancient Greek city and going toward the south, the best equipped beaches worth of a visit are Minareto, Fanusa, Arenella and Fontane Bianche, whose name is due to the natural sweet spring water and to the unique white sand. Then, In the island of Ortigia there are some equipped solarium (Zefiro and Nettuno), as well as the free beach of Cala Rossa. Going further south, about 30 kms far away from Siracusa, there are amazing and wild beaches: Calamosche, Vendicari with its Wildlife Park and the precious San Lorenzo. For those looking for cultural and historical sites, it is recommended to visit Teatro Greco and its archeological site with the famous Orecchio di Dionisio (a limestone cave shaped as a human ear), the Museum Paolo Orsi, then the Latomie dei Cappuccini, and finally the island of Ortigia with its natural and historic eye-catching landscapes. Finally, our guests should visit the town of Noto, the seafront of Tonnara di Avola and the fisherman village of Marzamemi. Sicily is beauty, a wild land with a millennial history impossible to forget at first glance, that will take a special space in your heart.

The airport of Catania Fontanarossa is about 60 kms far away, while Comiso “Pio La Torre” airport is 110 kms far. The train station of Siracusa is 1 km far from Ortigia, as well as the interbus station connected with the airports.
