The house, a totally independent semi-detached home, enjoys a privileged position with direct access from the garden to the rocks and sea. Fanusa’s lovely coastal spot with its crystalline waters and extraordinary rocky sea bed, abounding in a wide variety of marine life, is right on your door step.
The newly built house offers a large garden area shaded by pine and palm trees and Mediterranean plants, that faces out towards the sea. An internal spiral staircase and an external one connect the two floors. Marinella is just a few minutes’ drive away from Arenella and Fontane Bianche’s beautiful sandy beaches.
