Beautiful and bright house with garden and jacuzzi, just two minutes walk from Punta del Pero Beach, in Syracuse. This house is the perfect destination to relax and enjoy the beautiful sun and sea holidays.

This lovely house, recently renovated, boasts a chic and modern style in perfect harmony with the colors of the sea and the landscape of Syracuse. The highlight of the house, in addition to the proximity to the sea, are the outdoor spaces: the jacuzzi where gusts can refresh and relax during the hottest days and the courtyard furnished with sofas, deck chairs, a large dining area covered by a straw, a barbecue with table top and outdoor washing. The house opens onto the living area, furnished with a double sofa bed, a second sofa, a television, a dining table and a fully-equipped open kitchen with coffee machine, microwave and kettle. The sleeping area consists of a bedroom with a queen-size bed and a closet. A bathroom with shower completes the layout.

At guests' disposal comforts such as washing machine and wi-fi.

For relax and sea lovers, Eastern Sicily and the surroundings of Siracusa are the perfect choice. Leaving the ancient Greek city and going toward the south, the best equipped beaches worth of a visit are Minareto, Fanusa, Arenella and Fontane Bianche, whose name is due to the natural sweet spring water and to the unique white sand. Then, on the island of Ortigia there are some equipped solariums (Zefiro and Nettuno), as well as the free beach of Cala Rossa. Going further south, about 30 kms far away from Siracusa, there are amazing and wild beaches: Calamosche, Vendicari with its Wildlife Park and the precious San Lorenzo. For those looking for cultural and historical sites, it is recommended to visit Teatro Greco and its archeological site with the famous Orecchio di Dionisio (a limestone cave shaped as a human ear), the Museum Paolo Orsi, then the Latomie dei Cappuccini, and finally the island of Ortigia with its natural and historic eye-catching landscapes. Finally, our guests should visit the town of Noto, the seafront of Tonnara di Avola and the fisherman village of Marzamemi. Sicily is beautiful, a wild land with a millennial history impossible to forget at first glance, that will take a special space in your heart.

The airport of Catania Fontanarossa is about 1 hour drive away, while Comiso "Pio La Torre” airport is around 1 hour and 30.
