Bright and modern apartment a few steps from the island of Ortigia.

The apartment is on the first floor of a building located in a strategic area near Ortigia and the bus and train station. The entrance opens onto the living area furnished with a fully-equipped kitchen with oven, kettle, a dining table, and a living room with two single sofa beds, a television, and a second dining table. The sleeping area boasts a bedroom with a queen-size bed and a closet. A bathroom with a shower completes the layout.

Wi-fi connection, washing machine, iron, air conditioning will be available to guests during their stay.

For lovers of relaxation and the sea, eastern Sicily and the area surrounding Syracuse offer everything one could wish for. Starting from the ancient Greek city and heading south, the best equipped and most beautiful beaches to explore are Minareto, Fanusa, Arenella and Fontane Bianche, whose name derives from the natural freshwater springs and the particular white colour of the sand. On the island of Ortigia, you will also find equipped solariums (Zefiro and Nettuno) and a small free beach called Cala Rossa. Further south, some 30 km away, we find some beautiful unspoilt and inaccessible beaches, including Calamosche, Vendicari with its Natural Fauna Oasis and the beautiful San Lorenzo. For culture enthusiasts, the Greek theatre of Syracuse and the entire archaeological park with the Ear of Dionysius, a cave carved into the limestone in the shape of a human ear, the Paolo Orsi museum, and the Latomie dei Cappuccini, as well as Ortigia itself with its historical and cultural beauty as well as its landscape, are definitely worth a visit. Not to be overlooked are Noto, the seafront with the tuna fishery of Avola, and finally the seaside village of Marzamemi. In short, Sicily is a land to explore and its natural and cultural beauties are treasures to fill your eyes with.

Syracuse railway station is 280 m away from the accommodation while Catania airport is less than 1 hour drive away.
