Description

LVI retreat is immersed in the hills of Northeastern Italy's Colli-Orientali wine region in the town of Sedilis, Tarcento. Surrounded by layers of hills and mountains that dip into forested valleys, the area is a haven for hikers, cyclists, paragliders, motorcyclists and nature enthusiasts. It is also especially respected for its vineyards, wine cellars and culinary specialties found in the many restaurants and typical eateries peppering the hills. The owners live on site, next door, offering ease of communication and service. The apartment measures 65sqm in addition to 19sqm of balcony, and 45sqm of rooftop. The main floor consists of a fully equipped kitchen with refrigerator/freezer, oven, induction stove, dishwasher, coffee station, toaster, water kettle and, microwave, dining table/island with four high swivel chairs. The living room consists of a two seater sofa, chair, leg rest, television set, cabinet with throw blankets and cushions a coffee table, side table and rug. The living room has a glass sliding door with mosquito net that leads out onto the balcony furnished with round bistro table and four chairs overlooking the valley and surrounding hills and mountains. You can access the endless pool through another door on the balcony or from the entryway just outside your apartment. The pool area is furnished with 2 seats, a wall clock, towels and towel rack and fantastic view. Iron stairs lead from the living room to the upper floor where you will find two bedrooms, the bathroom, a walk in closet and another set of stairs leading up to the rooftop. The main bedroom has a king sized bed with 2 nightstands, an alarm clock, mirror, a chaise longue and two chairs, built in lights plus one portable reading lamp. The second bedroom has a double bed with two nightstands, a desk and chair, two reading lamps, a desk clock,and reading material and sisal rug plus extra hangers on back of door. Between the two bedrooms is, a walk in closet with cupboard, drawers, chair, luggage rack, hangers, extra pillows and blankets, ironing board and iron, vacuum cleaner, shoe cleaning kit, scale and full length mirror The bathroom has a shower, sink with mirror, toilet, bidet, towels, stool, hairdryer and soap plus small accessories such as q tips, demakup pads, Kleenex, shower caps. Access to the rooftop is via a motorized glass ceiling door. On the rooftop you will find an ambient fireplace, 4 lounging chairs and sun umbrella and a trunk with all pillows. The best thing you will find on the rooftop is a breathtaking 360 degree view of the area. The whole apartment is furnished with mosquito netting for all windows A coded entry system is installed for your safety. Private parking area within the property gates Rooftop terrace with ambient fire and 4 lounge chairs, 2 sunbathing chairs, sun umbrella and trunk containing all outdoor cushions for your comfort. Balcony with bistro table and four chairs overlooking the valley. No smoking. It is strictly forbidden to light fires, candles or incense inside the rooms. No pets allowed. No unregistered guests allowed. It is not allowed to organize parties or events in the facility. A deposit of 50 euros, which will be refunded at the end of your stay, is required for the gate remote control (if requested). Guests assume full liability resulting from use of the endless pool and must act responsibly with regards to safety in and around the pool area at all times. To ensure proper hygiene for all guests, it is mandatory to shower before using the pool. Guests are responsible for ensuring that the rooftop access door is properly shut when they leave the apartment to avoid any weather damage to the interior of the apartment and to ensure their safety and security at all times. The town of Tarcento is 5/10 minutes away and has restaurants, pizzerias, ice cream parlour, bakery, coffee shop, bars, city hall, pharmacy, drug store, various shops, grocery stores, park, post office, mini garden centre and more. Udine, the historical must see capital of Friuli is 25 minutes away. The 14th century old village of Venzone is 27 minutes away. Lake Cavazzo is 26 minutes away.
