The spacious apartment "Il Patio" is located on a side street of the panoramic road that leads to the district of Aer. Lake Garda is approx. 7 km away. The apartment was tastefully renovated in summer 2021 and equipped with every comfort. The apartment has its own entrance and has its own large terrace. From this you have a wonderful unobstructed view of Lake Garda and the opposite Monte Baldo. You can either linger on the terrace seating area or comfortably on the lounge in the sheltered loggia and enjoy the wonderful view of Lake Garda. The two sun loungers in the lower area of ??the terrace invite you to sunbathe. Due to the unique location of the apartment, a large parasol and the mild summer wind that blows over the terrace, it never gets too hot on the terrace. There is also a parking space in the partial shade belonging to the apartment.
The apartment has a living / dining room with kitchenette, a bedroom with a double bed, an adjoining room with a single bed and a spacious bathroom with a large shower. The bedroom is separated from the adjoining room with an archway. An additional cot is also available.
The adjoining rock wall in the storage room in the rear part of the apartment ensures a pleasantly cool room climate in the apartment even on hot days.
The kitchen includes a gas stove with four burners, an extractor hood, a microwave, a dish washer and a filter coffee machine. There is a freezer compartment in the refrigerator.
The apartment has satellite and terrestrial TV, WLAN and DAB radio.
The town centers of the two villages Gardola and Aer with shops, cafes, restaurants and entertainment facilities are just a few minutes' walk away at the same height level.
Sport and health: the outdoor swimming pool in Prabrione is 2 km away. Tennis court is 300 m away.
The apartment is an ideal starting point for hikes and mountain bike tours. Mountain bikes and bicycles can be rented in the village in the Tabaccheria Ferrero. Sailing and surfing is possible right in the port of Tignale. The Bogliaco golf course is approx. 13 km away.
