Holiday guesthouse with guest rooms and individual apartments, a place full of charm with a view of Lake Garda, which offers a range of relaxation and leisure options, including surfing and other sports The guesthouse is in Tignale, a characteristic Garda municipality. It is between Gargnano and Limone sul Garda, on the west side of the lake. This location provides the best setting for a quiet holiday or sports activities. The guesthouse itself has ten freshly renovated guest rooms, all with their own bathroom, as well as five tastefully decorate apartments (one-room or two-room), which will make your stay by the lake a special experience. In front of the house there is an idyllic garden. It is planted with citrus trees, bougainvillea, oleander and magnolia and furnished with deckchairs and parasols, providing a wonderful place for relaxing. There is also storage space for your surf board or bicycle. A parking space and free wireless Internet access are of course included. The accommodation is nestled into nature and will charm you with their proximity to the lake. To the rear, a cliff wall rises up with a beautiful waterfall. The elevated location provides a wonderful view into the distance over the lake towards Monte Baldo. Next to the house there is the only lemon grove still in operation in the area, which has also been a museum for a number of years. Owing to the good local wind conditions, those who enjoy surfing, kitesurfing and sailing are guaranteed fun all day long. Those who prefer mountains can set out on extended hikes or mountain bike tours directly from the guesthouse. Those who are more daring can go canyoning or climbing.

Access to the apartment is via the seventh section of the former lemon grove laid out in terraces. From here, guests at the Calamondino and Clementina apartments can enjoy the wonderful sunshine at Lake Garda. The Calamondino and Clementina (no. 916947)apartments can be combined and booked together, providing joint accommodation for a total of six people, ideal for families or a group. The one-room apartment offers wonderful views of Lake Garda through the large windows, which you will never tire of admiring. The panorama stretches as far as the surrounding mountains. The location, the unplastered stone walls and the wooden beams on the ceiling give the whole apartment a special rustic charm and make it very popular with young couples seeking a romantic holiday.
