Description

The house is located 1000 meters above sea level, has 4 beds available, in a quiet area surrounded by greenery. On the first floor of about 25m2, it consists of an open space kitchen and living room, a fully equipped kitchen, dishwasher and large fridge, induction hobs, economic stove with wood-burning oven, flat screen TV and sofa bed for two people, finally a adjacent bathroom with shower and bidet. Upstairs are the bedrooms with a queen bed with Samina orthopedic system and twin trundle bed. On the ground floor, under the house, there is an old stone cellar and a well. The house has two terraces, one at the entrance equipped with a garden table, umbrella and deck chairs and the other at the back. We have a private parking. During the winter months, please bring snow tires and any chains. Possibility to recharge electric bicycles. At 2 km there are various grocery stores, bars, a pizzeria and a municipal library with a climbing room for children. It can be reached in 20 minutes by car capital of Valtellina, Sondrio. The area is ideal for excursions, on foot or by bicycle, in a quiet area away from mass tourism. In winter we start directly from the house with snowshoes. In the area live various animals that are part of the inhabitants and keep the area clean. Just 5 km away is the cable car that takes you to the ski lifts of Chiesa in Valmalenco. 014067-AGR-00002
