The Greenery Loft is located in Pai di Sotto, a small, welcoming and charming village about 6 km away from Torri del Benaco.

The apartment is located on the top floor of a Residence. Access is through the Garden at the back of the Residence where there is also a reserved parking space in an open area.
The apartment consists of two air-conditioned bedrooms, one of which has a lake view, both equipped with double beds, two bathrooms with showers and a bright living room with a sofa and a dining table. The apartment is completed by a small kitchen with dishwasher and washing machine and a sunny terrace with a view of the lake.

The property is completed by a second terrace with a view of the lake and a private garden where you can eat and relax outdoors.

The beaches and the lake can be reached by crossing the main road and nearby you will find many restaurants and pizzerias.

Supermarkets and grocery stores are only in Torri del Benaco or Castelletto, both about 6 km away from the apartment. Free WiFi.

From this area you can enjoy all the pleasant activities that can be carried out on Lake Garda throughout the year, such as water sports like windsurfing and sailing, or panoramic excursions on Monte Baldo, cycling along scenic routes, and cultural visits to the medieval villages of Sirmione and Malcesine.

You can also enjoy moments of relaxation at the famous ancient Thermal Baths of Sirmione or at the nearby Thermal Baths of Colà, with their characteristic lake, or spend an enjoyable day at Parks such as Gardaland or Caneva Aquapark.

The beautiful Verona is only 45 km away and Venice about 180 km.
