This villa lies at the heart of the gulf of Castellammare, just 100 metres from the sea and the beach, which is accessed via a private road. You can also enjoy the view of the sea and Capo San Vito. The house provides a living room with a kitchen, two bedrooms with double beds, a storage room, a bathroom with a shower and WC. A cot or a camp bed can be provided on request. The living room has two comfortable sofa beds for three people. A total of seven people can be accommodated. The large and light living room provides direct access to the roofed terrace. All the windows are fitted with fly screens and the apartment has an alarm system.
