The gorgeous garden annexe and main period villa are surrounded by beautiful shared gardens in a carefree location, which places guests within easy walking distance from the sandy beach lido, the Villa Balbianello water taxi and path, the village amenities and transport links of Lenno.

The authentic restaurants, central lake ferry links and breathtaking Villa Carlotta gardens of Tremezzina and Cadenabbia are 8-10 minutes’ drive away, whilst pretty Menaggio is 17 minutes’ drive away and the southern lake capital of Como (with its direct Milan train links) is 46 minutes’ drive away.
