The ground floor apartment benefits from a bright, compact interior; comprising of a relaxed open plan Living room with Kitchen Diner, a Master Double bedroom and a modern En-suite shower room.
Perfect for carefree self-catering stays, guests can prepare tasty homemade snacks indoors as well as enjoy the chilled laid-back appeal of a BBQ out in the sun, overlooking the lake. A microwave, toaster, electric kettle, dishwasher and fridge freezer features to the Kitchenette.

The lovely private lakeside garden can be accessed via a gate from a small quiet path, which runs past the property. Here, a plastic dining set for 4 and 2 sun loungers are provided.

Mezzegra is well connected; with its main lake road, frequent air-conditioned Como - Menaggio bus service and proximity to the Central Lake ferry stops.
The village amenities of Mezzegrainclude a selection of local cafes, a restaurant, bakery, park, selection of supermarkets and a greengrocer. These useful services are complemented by the lakeside restaurants, sandy beach Lido and Villa Balbianello attraction found in neighbouring Lenno. In the opposite direction, the restaurants, bars, lidos, ferry links and Villa Carlotta attraction in Tremezzina provide equally enticing distractions.

A wealth of activities can be found on the doorstep of the central western shore; with Lidos, boat rental, water sports, hiking, golf, tennis, cycling and fine dining to savour, alongside cookery lessons, wine tasting and timeless sightseeing moments. Further afield, the Jungle Raider Park and Bellagio outdoor sport centre along the eastern shore, as well as the nearby Italian Alp ski resorts all offer adrenaline-fuelled days out. The perfect setting for immersing yourself in a city day trip too, guests are a 48 minutes’ drive from Como, 52 minutes’ drive from Lugano and 1 hour 24 from Milan.
