Inside, the new apartment boasts a modern décor across 2 elegant levels, with a splendid private terrace with alfresco dining area overlooking a pleasant field with horses, and boasting a breath-taking 180° vista of Lake Como, including the picturesque resort village of Lenno and its wooded peninsular, where Villa Balbianello is situated.

The holiday apartment offers free WiFi access, alongside access to a beautiful shared swimming pool (open 20 May – 30 September) and a convenient private, indoor garage. The 2-bedroom apartment is equipped with an additional double sofa bed to the living room with flat screen TV, enabling 3 couples and flexible groups of 6 to stay comfortably. The modern open plan living room is also equipped with a kitchen fitted with a microwave, dishwasher and washing machine. The flexible layout is accompanied by 2 contemporary bathroom suites (1 with a bath and the 2nd with a spacious shower).

Location

The 2-storey panoramic view residence enjoys a strategic setting on the central western shore, with the charming, scenic ‘Greenway del Lago’ route passing by all the must-have amenities, ferry links and attractions of Tremezzina on the doorstep.

From its hillside location along ‘Via Pola’, guests are 11-15 minutes’ walk/ 5 minutes’ drive from Lenno, where a host of local supermarkets, cafes, restaurants, passenger ferry links and fashionable Lido can be reached, alongside the water taxi stop and footpath to Villa di Balbianello. The charming village centre of Mezzegra is just 3 minutes’ drive away, with its authentic local shops and cafes. Tremezzo is also just down the road, with its fantastic range of restaurants, tempting wine bars, beautiful Villa Carlotta attraction, lakeside lidos and the Cadenabbia car-passenger ferry stop (with links to Varenna, Bellagio, Menaggio and Como).

The golf club, lido, ferry links and resort amenities of Menaggio are just 7-13 minutes’ drive away.
