From the 1st floor balcony, an external flight of stairs leads to a private ground floor terrace and sunny lakeside garden (shared garden).

From the 3-storey townhouse, the main road outside leads in just 5 minutes on foot to the local family lido, the L’Isola boat trip stop, a host of authentic local restaurants and a bus stop. The local boat rental shop is just 7 minutes’ walk away.

The holiday home is located along ‘Via Statale’, the main lakeside road which passes through Ossuccio. Guests are placed 5 minutes’ walk away from the authentic eateries and restaurants, the family-friendly lido of Ossuccio, the bus links and the local boat stop for the L’Isola Comacina tours.

The supermarkets, restaurants, picturesque lakefront and water taxi stop for Villa Balbianello in Lenno are 3 minutes’ drive away. Guests are also well placed for reaching beautiful Villa Carlotta and the wine bars, lidos and resort-friendly amenities of Tremezzo (8 minutes’ drive away). The nearest central lake ferry stop for passengers and cars can be found in Cadenabbia (15 minutes’ drive away). The buzzing lake capital of Como is reachable by car in 41 minutes. From the holiday home Lugano airport is 58 minutes’ drive away and Milan Malpensa is 62 minutes’ drive away.
