French doors lead directly out to a splendid sunny lake view balcony terrace, where guests can enjoy relaxing with a good book or a relaxed lunch and romantic evening aperitif, at the ‘alfresco dining’ area provided. The balcony views stretch across the landscaped grounds, the striking communal outdoor swimming pool and towards the beautiful central lake, with its lush mountain scenery and timeless tranquility.

The versatile sleeping accommodation makes this luxury holiday retreat ideal for either a couple’s quiet romantic getaway, family vacation or a two couple vacation.

The spacious master bedroom is elegantly furnished with Italianate pieces and a solid wooden double bed, a wardrobe and wall mounted flat screen TV for guests’ entertainment. A second bedroom complete with a luxury en-suite shower room is situated to the loft floor of the holiday home and is furnished with two single beds and a wall mounted TV; making it ideal for children.

The internal holiday home layout is completed by a principal family bathroom which is newly fitted with a shower.

From the first floor duplex apartment guests can easily reach the communal landscaped garden which boasts an outdoor swimming pool and sunny panoramic lake views.

Guests staying here can fully enjoy the freedom which comes from a self-catering stay, with the delightful ‘Agrotursimo’ of ‘La Fagurida’ just a short drive away on the Tremezzo hills as well as the popular restaurants along the town’s vibrant lakefront road and the wine bars of ‘Cantina Follie’ and ‘Aqua Cheta’ to enjoy.
