Its iconic lake view backdrop provides a captivating setting for year-round stays, as each season brings out enchanting new colours, flora and drama. Boasting a versatile and welcoming layout too, the spacious fully-equipped apartment benefits from 2 living areas and all the must-have mod cons, including free WIFI.

The principal living room offers a carefree open plan space ideal for year-round entertaining; with 180° views to take in from its triple aspect French doors.

The bright and scenic living room also features a stylish cream L-shaped sofa, a wall mounted SAT TV and a host of mod cons to enhance your stay, including a music stereo, iPod docking station and DVD player. A Games console and second TV also features to the second separate living room.

The chic living space further benefits from wooden flooring and a stylish adornment of serene tones and contemporary touches. Guests can easily sit here and savour a memorable meal too, with an elegant dining area for 8 to hand. Complemented by lake views and a romantic chandelier, the perfect dining ambience can be yours.
From the sunny wrap-around balcony, guests will easily be able to admire the priceless views. The lake view balcony offers the perfect excuse to stay in and enjoy a sunset drink or meal for 2, with a café bistro tempting you to enjoy a romantic moment together.

A separate galley-style kitchen with Juliette balcony offers a charming setting from which to rustle up delicious dinner parties and homemade snacks. Fitted with everything you need for a carefree stay, including a cooker hob, microwave, oven, kettle, toaster, Nespresso machine, dishwasher and fridge, you will easily be able to wine and dine your holiday away!

Alongside this beautiful living space and kitchen, the apartment offers a second bright and spacious sitting room/come guest bedroom, which features a double sofa bed, TV and Games Console.

Sleeping arrangements in the holiday retreat are perfectly suited for couples staying together, or for flexible groups of family and friends. Two spacious double bedrooms both boast lovely lake view balconies and sumptuous double size beds, whilst children can enjoy the set of bunk beds to the third bedroom (which also features a Juliette balcony). The double sofa bed to the living room also enables additional visitors and extra guests to enjoy a good night’s sleep too.

A contemporary fitted bathroom with separate shower cubicle, wash basin, WC and bidet is complemented by private laundry and ironing facilities; for easy convenience whilst away.

From the beautiful and effortlessly flexible holiday retreat, the ground floor street entrance is reachable via 57 steps. Public parking is just opposite on the other side of the road, whilst the plethora of Tremezzo amenities and services can be found a stone’s throw away.

From savouring a morning cappuccino and lunchtime snack to a romantic evening drink and an authentic Italian meal out, Tremezzo offers a throng of charming eateries, cafes, wine bars and restaurants to enjoy.

Complemented by a selection of grocery shops, a bus and ferry stop and a wonderful lake side park perfect for picnics, lake swimming and lakeside alfresco dining, the scene is set for a magical Lake Como stay!

Guests are also very well placed for reaching the popular Lido in Cadenabbia. The perfect spot for lakeside sunbathing, swimming, socialising and alfresco dining, this fashionable Lido offers families, couples and groups a great day-night distraction!

Tremezzo is also perfectly placed for enjoying tennis, golf, cycling, hiking, water sports, boat rental, sailing, extreme sports and Italian Alp skiing.
