Enjoying a breath taking setting up on the hills and with Villa Carlotta, Villa Balbianello, the Cadenabbia ferry stop and Menaggio all just down the road, a carefree Central lake stay can be yours.

The home boasts free WIFI, underfloor heating and air-conditioning, alongside a fully-equipped contemporary kitchen, 2 dining areas (one outside with BBQ), 2 Double bedrooms, 1 Twin Joinable bedroom, 2 modern bathrooms and private laundry facilities. Outside a garage is provided, alongside a private garden with swimming pool and sun loungers, for daytime enjoyment.

Perfect for larger groups of 12 too, 'Villeta Tara` can be jointly-rented alongside its identical neighboring twin, 'Villeta Arisia` (in a combined property known as 'Villa Inti Tremezzo` (ID1853). The 'Villa Inti Tremezzo`
set-up enables 2 families to enjoy maximum independence and convenience whilst away together.

A short drive down from the sunny elevated setting leads to the lakeside centre of Tremezzo. Here a wealth of cafes, authentic restaurants, ambient wine bars and bus and ferry links can be enjoyed, alongside a lovely lakeside park with boathouse bar and swimming opportunities. Nearby, Ossuccio offers opportunity to hire a power boat and play some tennis, whilst the passing Greenway del Lago route and the close by San Martino and Sacro Monte di Ossuccio climbs provide the perfect excuse for walkers to get out and about and explore. Other local highlights include Villa Carlotta, Villa Balbianello and Lido di Lenno (all just down the road), as well as Menaggio (with its Lido, famous Golf club and easy bus and road links to Lake Lugano). The Cadenabbia ferry stop offers the perfect way to soak up a day of sightseeing; with the picturesque resorts of Bellagio and Varenna just across the water.

The convenient location also places guests within easy reach from a host of water sports, Italian Alp skiing opportunities and the cities of Lugano, Como and Milan (all under 1.5 hours’ drive away).

For large groups of 12, 'Villa Inti Tremezzo` (ID1853) can be rented. The set-up comprises 'Villetta Arsia` and its neighboring property 'Villetta Tara`. Renting the 2 identical semi-detached homes together allows 2 families to enjoy maximum convenience and independence whilst away.

Larger groups of 12 are also well-catered for, with the neighbouring property ‘Villetta Arisia’ easily accommodating an additional group of 6 if needed (subject to availability).

The modern Villetta benefits from 2 bathrooms in all, alongside washing and ironing facilities. The modern family bathroom is fitted with a bath tub, shower tap, wash basin, WC and bidet, whilst the 2nd bathroom offers a contemporary shower cubicle, wash basin, WC and bidet.

The Villetta features a private parking space and a garage. Due to the hillside setting of the holiday home, a car is recommended.

The gorgeous Villetta enjoys a peaceful setting up on the sunny hillside of Tremezzo. The picturesque lakefront resort centre can be reached in just a few minutes by car. Promising a carefree setting for holiday enjoyment; guests will find a lovely lakeside park here (perfect for enjoying a lake swim, picnic, sunbathe and aperitifs in) alongside a throng of charming eateries, cafes, wine bars and restaurants.

Complemented by a frequent bus and passenger ferry stop, a charming old centre and close proximity to the famous Central Lake attractions, the main Cadenabbia ferry stop and the notable hillside ‘La Fagurida’ Agriturismo, the resort of Tremezzo offers an enviable base for making the most of your Central Lake stay. The beautiful ‘Greenway del Lago’ hiking route also passes by, enabling guests to explore the authentic qualities of the local area and Tremezzina shore in their own time, on foot.

Guests are also very well placed for reaching the popular Lido in neighbouring Cadenabbia (where guests can enjoy a special discount on entry).
