Outside there is a terrace furnished with a table, chairs and a big parasol. The house is accessed from the terrace and you enter right into the living room-kitchen. Four car parking spaces are available outside. The house of around 50m² has a bedroom with a double bed (180 x 200cm), a bathroom with a shower and a living room-kitchen with a table and chairs, a sofa bed (160 x 180cm) and a TV. The kitchen is equipped with a gas stove, oven, dishwasher and fridge with freezer compartment. There is also a laundry room with a washing machine, washbasin, clothes horse, iron, ironing board and sofa bed (160 x 180cm). Six steps lead to the laundry room. The whole house has air conditioning. The house is not far from the old town of Tusa. There is a supermarket about 200 metres from the house. The Tardara forest with picnic areas and the Halaesa archaeological site are only about a kilometre from the house. It is about 4km to the seaside in Castel di Tusa (Blue Flag 2015).
