The unique, ambient 4-storey villa features a covered ground floor lake view dining terrace, an upper 1st floor covered balcony terrace and a lower ground floor terrace with access to the swimming pool; for an effortless summertime flow. The home is also fully WiFi-enabled and offers air-conditioning to three upper-floor lake view bedrooms.

To the entrance level ground floor, a beautiful Living room with fireplace, SAT TV and plush sofa suite sets the scene for some quality downtime, with doors leading out onto the spacious terrace with alfresco dining set, a sitting area and enchanting lake views. An archway leads through to a scenic formal dining room.
