Situated in a modern and exclusive residence in the charming town of Fiumelatte, on the eastern shore of Lake Como, this property is perfectly placed for enjoying the resort town of Varenna and for exploring the lake!

The property is beautifully furnished throughout with a bright and welcoming open living room with contemporary features including high gloss floor tiles and stylish furnishing and fittings.
A comfortable sitting area with SAT flat screen TV and DVD player are provided for guests own relaxation and entertainment and French doors lead out onto a fabulous sunny balcony, which is furnished with outdoor furniture and enjoys partial but generous lake views. Ideal for alfresco dining guests can sit here and enjoy one another’s company, with a glass of wine and freshly cooked meal from the kitchen inside.

The fully fitted kitchen is also very modern and features all the desired appliances guests will need for a comfortable self-catering stay including a gas hob oven, microwave, toaster, coffee machine and dishwasher. A dining area sitting upto 4 people is also situated in the open plan living area.

The sleeping accommodation is flexible and is ideal for a couple with a stunning double master bedroom contemporarily furnished and leading through French doors out onto a splendid sunny terrace with a beautiful ancient grotto feature. Additional guests may be accommodated to the double sofa bed in the living area.

A newly fitted bathroom with power shower, washbasin, WC, bidet and washing machine also features to the property.

The residence is situated along the lake road which leads from Fiumelatte to Varenna in just under 5 minutes.

The charming village features authentic Italian charm and modern day amenities with a supermarket, bakery and some good local restaurants. A train service also runs from the village with a frequent Lecco-Milan service, making it ideal for guests wanting to explore the surrounding cities.

Guests can easily explore Varenna, the beautiful lakefront resort town known famously as one of the three ‘golden triangle’ towns of Lake Como.

The ancient quarter with its cobbled tree-lined piazzas, historical church, wonderful cafes, boutique shops and restaurants is highly romantic and guests can enjoy dining here overlooking the lake and walking the lakefront route to the Victorian era part of the town, which features a car and passenger ferry service and a road leading upto the famous Castello di Vezio hiking trail. Villa Monastero with its lakefront botanical gardens is also situated in the town and is well worth exploring!
