The dining area is perfect for lively dinner parties and French doors from the sitting room leads to a private sunny balcony which provides guests with an additional alfresco dining area and views over an ancient noble villa, exotic palm trees and the breathtaking Lake Como towards its western shore. The famous Fiumelatte river, known as the shortest river in Italy dramatically gushes past the balcony providing the perfect talking point and dramatic backdrop to any dinner party.

A double master bedroom perfect for couples provides a restful and romantic room to relax and unwind with French doors opening out onto a sunny private lake view balcony.

To the living area a comfortable double sofa bed for accommodating additional guests is also situated.

The property also features a modern bathroom with washbasin area leading to a shower room with power shower, WC, bidet and washing machine.

A private garage is also available for guests use and local amenities in Fiumelatte are all easily accessible by foot from its local grocery shop, delicious bakery, authentic Italian restaurant and even its train station with frequent services to Lecco and Milan.

The famous resort town of Varenna with its charming cobbled café lined piazza leading to a romantic restaurant lined lakefront is just a few minutes’ drive away and provides guests with the perfect place to explore by both day and night with local pizzerias, fine hotel restaurants and wine bars. Boutique shopping can also be enjoyed here and a frequent car and passenger ferry service runs to Bellagio where a wide variety of high fashion, local craft and beautiful jewelry shops await the eager shopper and a cappuccino and ice cream can be enjoyed along the Victorian era shopping boulevard.
