The contemporary style apartment is situated in an exclusive residence which has been built in the historical 17th century grounds of the noble Villa Capoana and offers a fantastic setting for luxury holiday stays.

From the street level entrance of the gated residence the apartment is reached by a flight of 12 steps. Inside guests will enjoy bright and spacious accommodation providing all the desired home comforts to ensure for a fantastic self-catering stay!

A large and open living area provides the ideal restful environment in which to entertain and unwind, with a stylish leather sofa, flat screen TV and direct access to the private sunny terrace.

The modernist kitchen is situated to the open plan space and is fully equipped to provide all the desired appliances to make guests feel at home, with an oven, gas hob, microwave and coffee machine. A stylish dining area provides the perfect indoor dinner party ambience and the private terrace boasts alfresco dining furniture to enjoy long relaxed lunches and romantic aperitifs and scenic suppers.

The sleeping accommodation is ideal for a romantic break with your other half or if travelling in a small group. A spacious master bedroom is furnished with a comfortable double bed and the double sofa bed to the living area can sleep additional guests during your stay if required. A modern fitted bathroom featuring a bath tub, wash basin, vanity mirror, WC, bidet and washing machine completes the internal accommodation of this beautiful and invigorating styled holiday apartment.

Outside guests can enjoy the fabulous lake view residence which boasts Italy’s shortest river, known as Fiume-latte as well as a magnificent original grotto fountain which dates back to when the noble Villa Capoana once proudly stood in the grounds.

Fiumelatte offers free public parking just 25m away from the residence as well as a convenient grocery shop, bakery, restaurant and train station offering a convenient Lecco-Milan service.

The famous nearby resort town of Varenna offers timeless magical medieval streets, a romantic café-lined lakefront and picturesque vistas of Lake Como to leave you breathless. The fabulous botanical gardens of Villa Monastero and the ancient Castello di Vezio are well worth exploring and water sports can be enjoyed in nearby Bellano.

A fast and frequent car and passenger ferry service also operates from Varenna, providing the perfect opportunity to visit the shopping and visitor delights of Bellagio, Villa Carlotta on the Tremezzo shore and the family-friendly Lido and picturesque lakefront of Menaggio; whichever the central lake destination or activity guests can be assured that the location of this holiday home puts them in the most convenient position to reach all!
