The modern and beautifully finished holiday home is situated in an exclusive new residence along the lakefront road of Fiumelatte and enjoys a wonderful setting in the historical grounds of the 17th century Villa Capoana. Original features still remain today such as the beautiful classical-style grotto fountain, which gives a timeless sense of Italianate-style romance to the luxurious modern day setting.

The apartment is reached easily by a flight of 12 steps from the ground floor level, and internally offers a contemporary retreat for guests to relax and enjoy.

A spacious open plan living room features a stylish leather sofa and flat screen TV, a modern dining area for up to 4 guests and a fully equipped modern kitchen.

All the home-from-home appliances to prepare delicious home-cooked meals are provided, with a gas hob oven, full fridge freezer, microwave, coffee machine and electric kettle.

Leading off from the living area a bright and spacious lake view master bedroom provides a restful ambience in which to unwind after a day exploring the central lake, with a comfortable modern double bed which offers direct access through French doors to a sunny private terrace, furnished with a coffee table and chairs for romantic ‘alfresco’ meals.

Additional guests can also be easily accommodated to the comfortable double sofa bed to the living area for maximum flexibility.

The modern bathroom is fitted with bath tub, shower cable, wash basin, vanity mirror, hair dryer, WC, bidet and washing machine to complete the internal accommodation of this fabulous retreat.

From the modern residence public parking is situated just 25m away and the pretty village of Fiumelatte also offers a frequent bus service and convenient Lecco-Milan train service.

A grocery shop, local bakery and restaurant are also provided in the village setting and for a wider selection of cafes, restaurants and shops the famous resort town of Varenna is just a 5 minutes’ walk away.

Varenna is a joy to explore, with pretty medieval streets and piazzas, a charming café-lined lake front and romantic vistas and numerous dining opportunities. The famous attraction of Castello Vezio provides frequent medieval banquets, music concerts and falconry events during the summer months and the botanical gardens of Villa Monastero also offer a wonderful day trip for visitors.

A frequent car and passenger Ferry service operates a convenient service to the famous resort of Bellagio and the picturesque Menaggio on the western shore, where a full range of activities and attractions await!
