Description
La Nuvola is a very cosy apartment positioned in the historic centre of Varenna, just two steps from the lake, the characteristic beach “Molo di sotto”, from picturesque “Riva Grande” and the famous lover’s promenade on the lake. It’s extremely close to main touristic attraction further to restaurant, shops, café and bar.
The furniture mixes the most classic of woods with colourful objects of design and Italian modernariato, which match well with the prints depicting landscapes and life frames life from the most diverse corners of the world. These details tell about the character of La Nuvola, and accompany the guests throughout the three levels of the house.
At ground floor there is the entrance, dining room with steel table and walnut bench and the kitchen completely equipped with washing machine, dishwasher, fridge, microwave, gas cooker, kettle, toaster, coffee maker and all the tools needed for cooking. A stair covered in wool sand colour moquette takes to the first floor where we find the main double bedroom with A/C, balcony and bathroom with tube and shower glass door, bidet, WC and sink. On the second and last floor there is a large and very bright living room with A/C, double sofa bed 160cm wide, relax and reading area with fireplace and a stunning panoramic balcony with a lovely view over “Riva Grande” and Lake. The apartment has also a 46 inches TV, a Bluetooth Sound bar and Wi-Fi
The apartment is in the centre of Varenna, just 700 meters far from the Varenna/Esino Railway station, with trains to and from Milan at any time. It’s also 300 meters far from the ferry depot where you can take the ferry to Bellagio, Cadenabbia, Menaggio, Tremezzo and the centre of Como Lake.
