Candy House is a villa with a large garden located in the hamlet of Pino - Varenna, with a fantastic panoramic view of the lake and in particular of Bellagio.
The indipendent house is surrounded by a well-kept flower garden and a large courtyard and offers guests ample space, comfort and great privacy, making it the ideal structure for fully enjoying a wonderful holiday on Lake Como. The villa is completed by an equipped terrace, ideal for having a drink at sunset or having lunch outdoors while admiring our splendid lake.
Access to Candy House is from the private courtyard via an external staircase that crosses the garden and leads directly to the main entrance. The house consists of a large living room, fully equipped eat-in kitchen, two double bedrooms, two complete bathrooms with bathtub.
Downstairs there is a private gym at guests disposal further to a small tavern with access to the laundry and boiler room.
The private garage completes this beautiful property.
Candy House is equipped with every comfort and everything needed for an independent stay: WiFi, TV, A/C, washing machine, dryer, iron and ironing board, vacuum cleaner. In the kitchen we find, dishwasher, kettle, fridge, toaster, microwave oven, coffee maker and all the cooking equipment.
The house is about 3 km from the historic center of Varenna, 3.5 km. from the railway station and the Varenna ferry, which connects Varenna to the entire central lake.
