Modern apartment with private terrace in the hamlet of Fiumelatte, a hamlet of Varenna and an ideal place for relaxing vacations and walks along the Greenway.
The apartment, located on the first floor in a pedestrian alley of the hamlet, opens onto the living area, furnished with a sofa, a dining table, a TV and a fully-equipped kitchen. From here guests can access the covered terrace furnished with outdoor sofas and a coffee table, and the sleeping area, which includes a bedroom with a queen-size bed. A bathroom with shower completes the layout.
Guests will benefit from amenities such as wifi connection, washing machine, iron, air conditioning and heating.
*In the area where the accommodation is located there are no taxis or public transport available for short local transport. It is therefore advisable to reach the destination by car.
