Its position allows for a lot of tranquillity but at the same time it is optimal for moving around the city, being just a few minutes from the Biennale Gardens and the historic centre (St. Mark's Square, Rialto Bridge). There is also a well-stocked supermarket within 500m.
For your comfort, the apartment has heating, air conditioning, 2 electric mosquito repellents, 1 TV, iron, hairdryer, washing machine, oven, microwave, fridge and freezer, crockery, toaster and kettle.
