The "Giudecca Palanca" vaporetto stop is a 4-minute walk from the apartment, from which you can reach St. Mark's Square in just 15 minutes. Marco Polo Airport is about 50 minutes away by car and Santa Lucia train station is 20 minutes away.

Our guests can also take advantage of some paid services of the Hilton Hotel, located within the Molino Stucky complex, such as gym, spa, restaurants and rooftop bar.

Extremely comfortable and recently renovated, the apartment features wooden floors and exposed beams, air conditioning and independent heating. Composed of an open-plan living room and equipped kitchen, bedroom and large bathroom with bathtub, it has everything you need, such as washing machine, dishwasher, wi-fi, air conditioning and much more. Check-in will be possible from 3pm to 7pm. Later check-ins will be possible by prior arrangement and with a small extra payment. At check-in, the tourist tax of €5 per person per night will be required.
