At the heart of the apartment lies a comfy main sitting/TV area, while to the side sits a modern and well-equipped kitchen with all mod cons and a dining area seating 4 lit by adjacent side/roof lights.

To the rear sits Ca’ Monastero 7’s up-to-date bathroom with bathtub and separate shower cubicle and, cleverly concealed behind semi-open*** dividing walls to the centre/rear of the apartment, the elegant master bedroom with double bed, wall sconces and luxury finishes, plus a doorway opening onto stairs leading to the ‘altana’ rooftop terrace - a splendid outside space with contemporary style furniture offering fabulous bird’s-eye views towards the dome and bell tower of San Geremia, the turret of the Fondaco Dei Turchi (Venice’s Natural History Museum), and the campanile of San Zan Degolà much closer to home.

Moments to Campo San Giacomo Dell’ Orio - one of Venice’s most charming ‘away from the crowds’ tree-filled squares and home to a well-stocked Coop supermarket and nearby local shops - and a short walk to a Conad supermarket on the Rio Marin canal.

Close to a great variety of cafes, bars and eateries including All’ Anfora, La Zucca, Il Refolo, Al Prosecco and Antica Besseta to name but a few, and within minutes of the Ca’ Pesaro International Gallery of Modern Art, Palazzo Mocenigo at San Stae (Museum of the History of Fabrics, Costumes and Perfumes) and the Fondazione Prada at Ca’ Corner Della Regina. ?
